Task usage depends on which technology vendors (and how many) you are syncing, the size of your asset base under management, and how frequently you choose to sync billing.
As an example, our customers have found that 10,000 Tasks (provided in the Free plan) is enough to sync billing for 500 Duo users through to ConnectWise agreements each month, or for 2,000 Fortinet switches (leveraging the existing integration).

Sounds great: how does Synchronize work?
Contuit Synchronize leverages existing vendor integrations with your PSA where available. In these cases, we identify the multiple types of configurations related to these products/services, intelligently map these to catalog pricing and agreement additions, generate relevant alerts and create reporting where applicable.
Where there is no viable vendor integration, Contuit requests API keys from our customers in order to integrate vendors and create the configurations ourselves.
